Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after experiencing traumatic events. My passion is to help people overcome these symptoms. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an evidence based practice approved for the treatment of trauma. I have been trained in EMDR and continue to seek consultation in this modality to ensure I am always learning and gaining new information to treat and guide you through the process of healing.

My goal is to help you increase your motivation, gain an accurate perspective of what is going on in your life, improve your self-esteem, and get back the joy that you once had in your life.
Telehealth allows us to connect for therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home, using a secure online platform. This option is ideal for those who may have scheduling difficulties, prefer the convenience, or live outside of my office’s service area. While I offer telehealth as a flexible alternative, I prefer in-person sessions when possible, as they can provide a deeper connection and enhance the therapeutic experience. Please also note that some forms of trauma therapy can be more difficult to do in a telehealth setting.
