I’m so glad you’re here and considering me as your therapist. Finding the right support is a big step, and I’m here to help you feel comfortable and confident in your decision.
I am a fully licensed mental health therapist in Nebraska and Iowa, with experience since 2016. I have worked primarily with adults who have chronic homelessness histories, helping clients navigate challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, mood swings, relationship struggles, and more.
Before becoming a therapist, I served as a case manager and intake coordinator in a crisis response program, focusing on stabilizing mental health crises and reducing police involvement. This role gave me extensive knowledge of community resources. I also have a background as a CNA, working with Alzheimer’s patients in a nursing home setting.
I’m happily married and a proud mom to two wonderful children—our sweet little girl and a playful son. Family is very important to me, and I’m grateful to live close to my extended family. I enjoy spending time outdoors (especially when the weather’s nice), hiking, and enjoying nature. I also love crafting, watching sports, and making memories with friends and family.
Some of my favorite coping skills include lighting candles, listening to guided imagery or music, coloring, watching a funny show or movie, trying new recipes, cleaning, and doing kind things for others.
